Randstad is partnering with a global technology company that develops advanced software solutions for manufacturing organizations. As part of its continued global expansion, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial team by hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth across key industries and strategic markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in enterprise software or manufacturing technology solutions to work with international customers and play a key role in expanding adoption of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive revenue growth by owning and exceeding annual sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase solution adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders within enterprise accounts
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial negotiations with prospective customers
  • Collaborate closely with presales, marketing, business development, and delivery teams to support deal execution
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
  • Stay informed on industry trends and challenges within manufacturing sectors such as semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, and industrial equipment

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally within software, industrial technology, or manufacturing solutions
  • Experience selling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), manufacturing data platforms, or similar enterprise solutions
  • Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and articulate value-based solutions
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic account plans and managing complex sales cycles
  • Experience developing ROI-driven business cases and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory initiatives
  • Background working with semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or industrial manufacturing organizations
  • Experience managing enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience working with global or matrixed organizations
