Job Description

This dynamic position serves as the critical link between advanced engineering solutions and the construction sector, focusing on securing high-value commercial partnerships. You will drive regional market share by independently managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle and turning technical specifications into profitable project wins.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and heavy equipment sectors
  • Nurture existing corporate accounts to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and repeat machinery orders
  • Conduct professional technical presentations and hands-on equipment demonstrations directly on project sites
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline seamlessly from initial commercial quotation through to final contract negotiation
  • Provide structured after-sales support to monitor equipment performance and ensure long-term client loyalty
  • Execute regular site visits and travel to key industrial zones to engage directly with project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Proven track record of success in B2B technical sales, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment distribution
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence contractors and developers
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own transport to facilitate frequent regional field travel
