Job Responsibility
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and heavy equipment sectors
Nurture existing corporate accounts to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and repeat machinery orders
Conduct professional technical presentations and hands-on equipment demonstrations directly on project sites
Manage the complete sales pipeline seamlessly from initial commercial quotation through to final contract negotiation
Provide structured after-sales support to monitor equipment performance and ensure long-term client loyalty
Execute regular site visits and travel to key industrial zones to engage directly with project stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Proven track record of success in B2B technical sales, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment distribution
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence contractors and developers
Possession of a valid driver's license and own transport to facilitate frequent regional field travel
