To help our customers achieve this, Microsoft have a broad team who bring diverse perspectives to our customers. Building alliances with varying stakeholders at our customer to support their Digital Transformation journey. This Sales Manager role will see the successful candidate lead a team of Account and Technology Strategists tasked with making this vision a reality. Working across Major Upper and Strategic accounts, the leader of this team will need to coach teams leading large, complex deals, whilst ensuring a consistent motion of repeatable scale activities is delivered in line with the broader LPS strategy. The candidate will need to show a good understanding of how our partner network operates, and how we can work even more closely with the Partner network to help us move quickly through sales cycles through to value delivery.

  • Leading the team in executing sales plays, refining sales plays, and building insight into what further campaigns the team needs

Requirements

  • Ability to make confident recommendations to C-level, business decision makers
