Are you a driven Sales professional with experience winning business and building client relationships, looking to step into the property sector with a high-growth, independent agency offering uncapped earnings and rapid progression? On offer is the opportunity to join a dynamic start-up estate agency, working directly alongside the founders to grow market share across South West London. This business is built on relationships, trust, and performance, offering full support and training for the right individual. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out property valuations, and building your own pipeline, while playing a key role in growing the company. You will have the autonomy to develop your own approach, supported by a collaborative team and strong brand vision. This role would suit a proven and driven Sales Professional, or Estate Agent who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to maximise earnings in a people-focused industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Carry out market appraisals, valuations, and client meetings
  • Win new instructions and increase market share
  • Conduct viewings and support sales progression
  • Assist in running day-to-day office operations
  • Work closely with the founders to grow the business

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (B2C, B2B, Property, or similar)
  • Proven ability to win business or hit targets
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Organised and proactive mindset
