Job Responsibility:
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Carry out market appraisals, valuations, and client meetings
Win new instructions and increase market share
Conduct viewings and support sales progression
Assist in running day-to-day office operations
Work closely with the founders to grow the business
Requirements:
Sales experience (B2C, B2B, Property, or similar)
Proven ability to win business or hit targets
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
Organised and proactive mindset
Nice to have:
Estate agency experience beneficial but not essential
