Job Description:

The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for a Sales Manager. This person will mainly focus in ensuring the yearly individual sales budget is achieved and surpassed. Responsibility for extending the management standards and quality guidelines in the department set by the DOM and DOS. Be guiding, team oriented, democratic and empowering.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the yearly individual sales budget is achieved and surpassed
  • Extend the management standards and quality guidelines in the department
  • Complete Sales Activities weekly (Sales Calls, Entertainments, Site inspection)
  • In consultation with Director of Sales, establish and direct financial, administrative activities and operational procedures to achieve yearly revenue and expense budgets
  • Prepare and submit relevant administration (sales call schedules, reports, monthly reports)
  • Actively cross sell in Four Seasons Sales Incentive Program
  • Actively drive sales individual goal to achieve President’s Club, Sales Award Recognition Program
  • Work closely with all professional Group & Event team members
  • Understand, follow and communicate the company sales vision
  • Ensure all enquires are responded to within 24 hours
  • Build and maintain good relations with all Four Seasons Worldwide Sales Offices
  • Be responsible for the conversion ratio of the Group inquiry
  • Be aware of all market trends
  • Carry out duties, projects and other assignments as required
  • Be aware of all fire, health, safety, emergency and security procedures
  • Oversea Sales Calls as per schedule
  • Build trust and team work
  • Set priorities, develop managerial work strategies
  • Be a role model for all Coordinator
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities
  • Provide great corporation to the day-to-day operations of the sales department
  • Develop and / or maintain and improve business relations with all customers
  • Attend weekly sales related meetings
  • Conduct sales calls, Ent and Site
  • Ensure all monthly reports are sent to the relevant people

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a firm knowledge of hotel operations
  • Must speak, read and write Thai
  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese
  • Must have the right to work in Thailand
  • Must be extremely organized and be able to multi task
  • Previous pre-opening experience is a plus
  • Candidate should hold valid work authorization for Thailand
