Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and support business planning

Drive accountability across the sales organization by reinforcing best practices in CRM management, territory planning, pipeline development, activity standards, forecasting accuracy, and budget achievement

Requirements
Demonstrated success in sales leadership, event sales, trade show sales, sponsorship sales, or related B2B sales environments
Strong self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and achieve ambitious revenue goals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals while fostering a positive and high-performance team culture
