Lead the Japan Sales Team at a Global Fortune 100 Financial Firm.■About our clientA Fortune 100, Nasdaq-listed global financial services provider. ■Position Purpose We seek a Sales Manager to provide strategic knowledge and direction for the JP Client Facing team. You will support Managers and Directors on commercial matters, lead the team to achieve sales targets (new accounts, trading revenue), and contribute individually to targets. ■Responsibilities: -Lead client facing team towards achievement -Work together with VP to provide strategic insight -Collaborate with stakeholders to drive changes -Set and assess team members’ target -Track team performance on daily, weekly basis -Assist new team members■Others -Potential for international transfers to UK or AU. -Hybrid workstyle: 4 days in office, 1 day remote-Position is open due to growth of the team and there is a clear path for growth for high-performers (Manager>Director>VP).If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application. #LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of front-line team experience including at least 1 year of sales-oriented experience with track records
  • Thorough knowledge in selling to Japanese market and extremely familiar with the Japanese business operating environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of financial markets
  • Fluent Japanese is must, Business-English at a minimum
  • Chinese is a plus (to support both JP & CN Markets)

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts in close collaboration with channel partners - supporting deals from qualification through to close
