We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager who can own client conversations, understand requirements, present solutions, and close deals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, along with hands-on experience using CRM and sales tools to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Understand client needs and business goals
Present IT service offerings clearly and confidently
Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines
Close deals independently and meet revenue targets
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → discovery → proposal → closure
Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools
Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status regularly
Forecast revenue and report sales performance
Conduct professional discovery and follow-up calls
Build long-term relationships with clients
Address objections and concerns effectively
Ensure smooth handover to pre-sales / BA / delivery teams after closure
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Founder’s Office
Ensure scope, pricing, and timelines are clear before closing
Avoid over-commitment or unclear promises
Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar)
Track calls, emails, and follow-ups
Use tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello for reporting
Analyze sales data to improve conversion rates
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–6 years of experience in IT services sales
Strong experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile, Solution, AI basics)
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Good understanding of pricing models (Fixed Cost, T&M)
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident on calls, demos, and client meetings
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language
