Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Services to support the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities while acting as a single point of contact for customer-specific matters. The role also involves leading troubleshooting efforts, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. Should possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales of IT Infrastructure Services
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any other graduate degree preferred
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration preferred
  • Strong understanding of IT landscape and product sales across servers, storage, networking & security, HCI, backup, virtualization, and data center solutions
  • Fair understanding of deal P&L
  • Understanding of service delivery methodologies and frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of tools and service automation technologies
  • Strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling approaches
  • Flexibility and proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Effective engagement with business and IT functions within customer organizations
  • Ability to respond to large services RFPs
  • Effective use of CRM software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of opportunity management lifecycle
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
