The Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for Sales Manager in charge of International Sales who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. This role will be responsible to promote and sell to the international market in assigned geographic regions. Create hotel awareness and generate business leads through direct prospecting activities such as tele sales, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, tradeshows, network groups, etc. Sales Manager is accountable for ensuring quotas and goals are met to generate the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel success. This position requires a high degree on independent judgement and discretion on decision making.
Job Responsibility:
Promote and sell to the international market in assigned geographic regions
Create hotel awareness and generate business leads through direct prospecting activities such as tele sales, sales calls, site inspections, entertainment, tradeshows, network groups, etc
Ensure quotas and goals are met to generate the highest possible RevPar for the overall hotel success
Requirements:
Previous luxury hotel sales experience preferred
Track record in achieving goals and targets
Good communication skills
Excellent skills in managing client relationships
English business level is required
Chinese proficiency or another language is a big plus
Local language preferred however business level is not mandatory for this role
