Job Responsibility
Drive B2B sales growth by identifying and securing high-volume corporate listings across premium hotels, casual dining chains, central kitchens, and caterers
Pitch, negotiate, and close high-volume commercial contracts, managing trade terms, pricing strategies, and margins to ensure maximum profitability in line with corporate valuation goals
Partner with corporate chefs and procurement heads to conduct product presentations, demonstrating the efficiency and value of frozen solutions in commercial kitchens
Establish robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts, leveraging sales data to forecast predictability—a critical metric for corporate scaling
Coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure reliable, high-standard cold-chain delivery performance across the region
Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B food service sales experience, with a proven track record handling frozen food, chilled products, or premium ingredients
An active, established network of contacts among Chefs, Procurement Managers, and F&B Directors within the Malaysian HORECA channel
