Job Responsibility:
Driving commercial growth by defining and executing a proactive market strategy
Owning the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation to contract signature
Building and developing a strong pipeline to support both immediate revenue and long-term growth
Identifying, qualifying, and securing high-value opportunities across key industries
Expanding strategic relationships with existing customers while actively generating new business
Leading complex, solution-based sales processes within a technical services environment
Negotiating contracts and supporting critical project bids
Acting as a trusted advisor by translating customer challenges into engineered solutions
Collaborating closely with engineering, operations, and international stakeholders
Monitoring market dynamics and competitor activity to anticipate opportunities
Representing Mammoet within the industry and strengthening our brand presence
Contributing to the commercial direction and long-term positioning of Mammoet France
Requirements:
4–8+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership within an engineering or services-driven environment
Engineering degree or a strong technical career background (e.g., Project Engineer, Method Engineer, Project Manager)
Proven success managing complex, high-value sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build and develop a sales pipeline from the ground up
Strong business acumen with the capability to translate technical challenges into commercially viable solutions
Commercial presence with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to operate independently
Fluency in French and English
Willingness to travel within France
