Job Responsibility

  • Driving commercial growth by defining and executing a proactive market strategy
  • Owning the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity creation to contract signature

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership within an engineering or services-driven environment
  • Engineering degree or a strong technical career background (e.g., Project Engineer, Method Engineer, Project Manager)
  • Proven success managing complex, high-value sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop a sales pipeline from the ground up
  • Strong business acumen with the capability to translate technical challenges into commercially viable solutions
  • Commercial presence with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to operate independently
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Willingness to travel within France
