The Sales Manager is a pivotal role responsible for expanding UberEats restaurant footprint a specific country. This involves leading a team to successfully increase the number of partnering restaurants, focusing on both quality and quantity. As a Sales Manager, you will spearhead the strategy to optimize restaurant selection, driving the end to end sales process, develop your team, and foster key account relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Develop a deep understanding of the market by employing a hyperlocal approach and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to address the unique needs and preferences within each local area
Lead and coordinate end to end sales for Mid-Market & SMB customers including qualification, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation to close deals.
Hire, mentor, develop and lead a team of up to 10 sales professionals
Effectively manage and lead your team for success: hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Allocate leads and resources to maximize team performance.
Ensure your team is proficient in tools and sales processes, supporting their continuous improvement.
Engage with high-priority accounts to drive growth and establish strong partnerships.
Provide opportunity status by regularly updating Salesforce, doing weekly forecasts and participating in monthly business reviews.
Requirements:
3+ years in full cycle B2B sales: prospecting, pitching & closing
2+ years of people management
Shown success of hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota targets
Knowledge of how to build and execute territory plans to grow pipeline
Experience with sales framework or methodologies
Ability to navigate complex sales negotiations and successfully close top accounts
Use of Salesforce to maintain a well-managed sales pipeline, optimizing performance, and achieving sales targets through structured and informed decision-making.
Nice to have:
Experience working with/selling new products or in new markets
Training in Challenger Sales Methodology (or relevant sales techniques)
