Job Responsibility:
Spearhead the sales strategy for the Central region (primary focus) and North region (secondary), specifically targeting the General Trade (80%) and Modern Trade/LKA (20%) channels
Restructure and optimize the Central region's coverage, identifying market gaps, reviving inactive accounts, and expanding the wholesaler and retailer network
Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, conducting joint field visits to improve trade execution and drive performance
Manage key wholesaler relationships and negotiate trade terms to ensure sustainable revenue growth and distribution visibility
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience
Strong existing network in General Trade (wholesalers/retailers) within the Central region is essential
Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach and manage a sales team
A strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide commercial decisions
