Our partner is a market-leading player in the Hungarian workplace catering sector with over 30 years of experience, providing complex food service solutions to multinational production plants and corporate offices. They are known for their stable, long-term partnerships and a highly professional, systems-oriented approach to hospitality. We are currently looking for a strategic-thinking professional to join their Budapest-based sales team to drive portfolio expansion.
Job Responsibility:
Active business development: identifying and reaching out to potential multinational and large-scale manufacturing partners through cold calling and networking
Tender management: leading end-to-end process of complex tenders
Solution design: understanding client needs and working with operations team to create personalized service packages
Financial planning: preparing business plans, P&L calculations, and complex price offers in Excel
Stakeholder management: representing the company at a high level
International collaboration: cooperating with regional teams in the Czech Republic and Romania
Requirements:
5-10 years of professional experience in B2B service sales, corporate sales, or hospitality sales
Completed University or College degree in Economics, International Trade, or Hospitality Management
Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Hunter attitude with excellent networking and listening skills
Valid B category driver's license and willingness to travel countrywide
