Job Description:

Our partner is specialised in the production and distribution of electric solutions and components in Hungary and Europe. They would like to extend their sales activity in this region, so they are looking for a Sales manager who would promote their electrical component products to their Main partner and also develop their own-brand MCB initially in Hungary.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote their electrical components to Main partner across Europe
  • Travel regularly to Main partner's plants located in different EU countries
  • Visit production sites, introduce the company, and present product capabilities
  • Develop long-term business opportunities and partnerships with Main partner
  • Lead the development and market expansion of their own-brand MCB products
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and manage agents, dealers, distributors and wholesalers
  • Build and leverage a strong distribution network in the MCB market
  • Increase sales volume and market penetration across Europe (initially in Hungary)
  • Build brand awareness and credibility as a new supplier entering Europe from China

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in electrical products
  • Solid background in sales of MCB would be an advantage
  • Established network of dealers, distributors, or wholesalers in the electrical industry
  • Previous experience working with or for well-known brands such as ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Hager, or similar
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
  • High energy level and proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Fluency in English
