Job Responsibility
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels
Develop and execute channel-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives
Identify new business opportunities, platform expansions, and strategic partnerships
Manage end-to-end E-commerce/Q-commerce operations, including campaigns, launches, and category growth initiatives
Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and platform visibility to maximize online sales performance
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Enhance customer experience through effective merchandising, content optimization, and consumer insights analysis
Analyze sales, ROI, traffic, conversion, and operational metrics to drive data-based business decisions
Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, dashboards, and track KPIs to improve business efficiency
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency
Minimize stock-outs, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with platform standards and processes
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams for smooth business execution
Requirements
Graduate + Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in FMCG sales
Strong understanding of E-Comm & Q-Comm business operations models
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting tools, and digital commerce platforms
Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to drive teams and deliver results under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SFA software tools
