Job Responsibility

  • Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels
  • Develop and execute channel-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities, platform expansions, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage end-to-end E-commerce/Q-commerce operations, including campaigns, launches, and category growth initiatives
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and platform visibility to maximize online sales performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Enhance customer experience through effective merchandising, content optimization, and consumer insights analysis
  • Analyze sales, ROI, traffic, conversion, and operational metrics to drive data-based business decisions
  • Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, dashboards, and track KPIs to improve business efficiency
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency
  • Minimize stock-outs, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with platform standards and processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams for smooth business execution

Requirements

  • Graduate + Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in FMCG sales
  • Strong understanding of E-Comm & Q-Comm business operations models
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting tools, and digital commerce platforms
  • Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to drive teams and deliver results under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SFA software tools
