Job Responsibility:
Reach out to potential buyers and sell Decanter equipment to both Industrial and Municipal corporations on a PAN India basis
Develop and manage sales forecasts
Participate in exhibitions, events, and roadshows for sales promotion
Follow up on tender releases, identify bidders, and liaise with successful contractors/EPC companies
Utilize sound market knowledge to identify potential buyers
Leverage knowledge of the wastewater industry, tendering process, and contracts to drive sales
Utilize CRM tools and other relevant tools to support the sales process
Liaise with our Business Unit Decanters to provide customer support
Collaborate with the Projects team and Service Operations to offer customers support during order execution
Requirements:
BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
4-8 Years of relevant industry experience
Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients in industrial and municipal sectors across India
Experience in sales forecasting and promotion through events
Familiarity with the tendering process, including identifying bidders and liaising with contractors/EPC companies
Strong understanding of the wastewater industry, tendering processes, and contract management
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales support software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to liaise effectively with internal business units and project teams
