As a Data Center Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving CommScope’s Data Center infrastructure growth in North Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with some of the most influential players in the Data Center ecosystem: Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Operators, consultants and integrators in order to help shape how tomorrow’s AI-driven and cloud-ready Data Centers are built.
Job Responsibility:
Execute our in-country sales strategy
Work closely with regional field sales, system engineers and global Data Center teams to deliver innovative, high-performance connectivity solutions
Engage with some of the most influential players in the Data Center ecosystem: Multi-Tenant Data Center (MTDC) Operators, consultants and integrators
Shape and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with regional leadership goals
Identify and engage key multi-tenant Data Center operators, Cloud and Enterprise DC clients
Build trusted relationships that position CommScope as a strategic partner
Lead high-impact pursuits with major enterprise Data Center opportunities
Secure new business and expand existing accounts
Ensure strong connectivity across the Data Center ecosystem, including consultants, contractors, integrators, and technology partners
Active participation in industry events, conferences, and online communities
Collaborate closely with global Data Center and market management teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer value
Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using Dynamics 365
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management within the technology or ICT industry
Proven success in selling Data Center or building infrastructure solutions to large enterprise or operator customers
Strong understanding of the Data Center ecosystem, industry trends and buying behaviors
Excellent relationship-building skills, with a record of winning new business and expanding existing customer accounts
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, both in English and German (Polish language is a plus)
