Prepare and implement the domestic business plan, overseeing sales process management, forecasting, pricing strategies, key account management, and market research

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Proven commercial experience within the construction materials, building accessories, or related industrial sectors
A proactive "hunter" who is results-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the adaptability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically as required
