As the Sales Manager, you will be the commercial engine driving our growth. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver high-impact energy projects across the region.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the business development department with full P&L accountability, ensuring financial and customer satisfaction targets are exceeded
  • Formulate and execute operational strategies within established budgets and timelines

Requirements

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business, or an equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy (Solar), Energy Management Systems, or related industries
  • Proven experience in managing teams and departmental performance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for professional stakeholder engagement
  • Focused on results, task completion, and operational efficiency
