Job Responsibility
Oversee the business development department with full P&L accountability, ensuring financial and customer satisfaction targets are exceeded
Formulate and execute operational strategies within established budgets and timelines
Lead the commercial team and drive cross-departmental collaboration to deliver complex, integrated energy projects
Manage materials and equipment to hit production targets while actively reducing acquisition costs
Enforce robust operational systems to guarantee compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Requirements
Degree in Environmental Engineering, Business, or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy (Solar), Energy Management Systems, or related industries
Proven experience in managing teams and departmental performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for professional stakeholder engagement
Focused on results, task completion, and operational efficiency
