Job Description:

This is a high-visibility, strategic position. You will own the entire market development lifecycle—from influencing technical specifications with consultants to closing high-value contracts with EPCs and developers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and capture opportunities within hyperscale and colocation data centre markets
  • Drive product specifications and approvals with M&E consultants and electrical engineers
  • Build and maintain deep-rooted connections with MEP contractors and industrial EPC firms
  • Manage lead generation, technical proposals, and pricing negotiations
  • Conduct technical presentations and stakeholder training to establish brand preference
  • Maintain a robust project pipeline across Johor, Klang Valley, and Penang

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years in project-based sales within cable support systems or electrical infrastructure
  • Success in securing large-scale projects for data centres or semiconductor plants
  • An active portfolio of M&E consultants and electrical engineering firms in Malaysia
  • Deep knowledge of cable trays, ladders, trunking, and custom support solutions
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across the peninsula
