Job Description

Lead the evolution to more resilient, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions. To establish relationships through Australia and New Zealand with dealers, key accounts, power utilities and end users to build sales in line with the business’ goals across the different market segments we operate in. This position is key to continuing to grow our business through ANZ and supporting our current customers. Products of Responsibility: C & I BESS and Mobile BESS Range.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop, maintain and execute strategic growth plans for the Commercial, Industrial and Mobile BESS product categories
  • Engage with the Area Sales Managers to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly budget sales targets, including minimum margins
  • Keep an updated file of competitor activity, products, prices and movements in the market
  • Create value to the customer network by actively supporting product operation optimisation to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Create and customise training material to be presented to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support internal stakeholders from the greater Pramac Generac Business to engage in best practice, experience and knowledge sharing
  • Liaise with local and international stakeholders, engineering and design times to ensure product localisation to meet end user requirements
  • Identify key target sectors and industries to call on and secure new business partners
  • Work with the product support team to assist with customer needs, feedback, commissioning and training
  • Work with Marketing and PD to assist with marketing strategy and opportunities
  • Attend and represent Pramac Generac Australia at strategic Expos and events throughout the year
  • Review targets monthly, identify any shortfalls and training or support needs

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a national technical sales role with proven achieved targets
  • Proven ability to manage accounts across different market segments
  • Proven ability to be able to effectively market, promote and sell products of a technical nature
  • Proven ability to manage a call plan and large geographical area in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
  • Previously experience with Salesforce preferrable
  • Previous demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems, Inverters, EMS, BMS, Solar and Generators
  • Previous experience in DNSP Applications or knowledge of process, legislation and standards
  • Project management experience desirable
