As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and activating new clients across Europe for Voi Business, our new B2B vertical. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of New Business Development and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and activation, and work hands-on to build pipeline, close deals and ensure early client success. You will combine new business acquisition with early-stage account ownership, contributing directly to revenue growth, client value and long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Owning the full sales cycle for a developing product, shaping the offering based on client feedback, and delivering consistent performance against clear revenue targets
Building and converting a strong pipeline of B2B clients across Europe, with a focus on Germany and Sweden
Driving onboarding and activation of new clients, ensuring early value realisation and a strong start to each partnership
Managing and growing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to long-term account growth
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless client experience and provide insights to inform market and commercial strategy
Taking ownership of pipeline quality, activity and conversion, operating with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement
Contributing to shaping the commercial setup, including target segments, pricing and go-to-market approach as the business scales
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within high-growth or startup environments
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong ability to manage full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English
High ownership mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality
Nice to have:
German or Swedish is a strong plus
An existing network in Germany or Sweden is a strong advantage
