Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government agencies, large enterprises, group clients, and strategic partners
  • Leverage existing networks with local large enterprises, government officials, and senior executives to secure key business opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Lead the entire sales process from lead generation, solution presentation, and negotiation to contract signing, while coordinating with technical and delivery teams
  • Gradually build, train, coach, and manage the local sales team to meet performance targets
  • Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs, and regularly report progress to headquarters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, any major, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in multinational technology, IT solutions, energy, or engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of sales or business development experience in Malaysia targeting large enterprises (such as government agencies, multinational corporations, local groups, and industry leaders in energy/technology/telecommunications/finance)
  • A mature network of clients and decision-makers in large local enterprises is preferred, with successful project experience in AI, data centers EPC, energy, or related infrastructure sectors
  • Strong drive, self-motivation, and results-oriented
  • able to continuously achieve breakthroughs in a fast-paced, high-goal environment
  • Excellent business negotiation, high-level communication, and project management skills
  • adept at solving complex business problems
