Job Description:

We’re at the very beginning of a bold new chapter: launching a premium advertising business that connects our global audience with the world’s top travel and tourism brands. We’re now looking for an Ad Sales Manager in EMEA to help support and accelerate our expansion. You’ll report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA & APAC, and work closely with her to shape how we go to market, grow revenue, and build strong, lasting client relationships across the region. If you’re the kind of seller who wants more than a book of business - if you’re looking to build, lead, and influence - this is that kind of role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive and grow ad sales in EMEA across Omio Group, focusing on premium travel, tourism, and endemic brands
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value advertisers - from DMOs and hotel brands to rail operators, airlines, and media agencies
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Data to bring creative campaigns to life
  • Represent Rome2Rio at key industry events across your regions
  • Share market and client insights that help shape our strategy and ad product
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Managers across the globe to build a global, high-performing sales approach
  • Be part of a ‘no-ego’ smart and driven team where your voice and ideas truly matter

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, ideally in the travel and tourism space
  • A strong commercial instinct and proven track record of closing high-impact deals
  • Confidence navigating client conversations, building relationships, and managing a dynamic pipeline
  • A builder mindset - you’re excited by possibility and comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • A collaborative, thoughtful communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling into different EMEA markets, or working with global brands and agencies
  • Knowledge of programmatic, native, and performance-based media
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
What we offer:

Travel perks to help you experience the journeys you help others plan
