Job Responsibility

  • Drive regional sales growth and territory strategies for advanced automation and safety systems
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2 to 3 existing technical sales engineers
  • Deliver complex, macro-level solution packages using a high-touch engineering sales methodology
  • Develop and maintain direct relationships with enterprise accounts by understanding their manufacturing environments
  • Conduct strategic account planning and research new applications to discover unique project leads
  • Ensure data integrity and global sales transparency by managing the team's CRM funnel updates
  • Represent the company at major industry trade shows and deliver technical presentations to societies

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant high-technology discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of fundamental sales management and team leadership experience
  • Proven track record in complex sales involving high-technology industrial control products
  • Deep understanding of integrating diverse hardware and software components into macro-level solutions
  • Experience managing sales cycles through both direct channels and regional distributors
