Job Description:

Archiproducts Shop is the multichannel Furniture shop and e-commerce that lets Architects and Customers search & buy from the best international top brands. We fulfill our sales through our website/e-commerce as much as with our design service, physical shops, contact center, etc. We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, selecting supplier brands and their sales targets, developing network of partners and sales channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Actively contribute to the realization of the commercial calendar and define following actions through the platform
  • Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performances
  • Build and maintain key relationships with our suppliers to drive sales growth and increase revenues
  • Manage, motivate and inspire the team to reach the sales, growth and company goals
  • Work closely with marketing, business intelligence, and logistics teams to synchronize efforts and maximize sales potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience of at least 3 years as a Sales manager in furniture manufacturing companies
  • Familiarity with key sales metrics
  • Analytical approach and ability to use large data sets
  • Proven ability in leading, developing, motivating and inspiring teams and networks of people
  • Knowledge of the interior design industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Nice to have:

Proven experience with e-commerce, logistic, design service will be considered a plus.
