The Sales Manager for Engineering and Consulting Service plays a critical role in driving the company's growth and success in the Chinese market. This position demands a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and industry expertise.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for sales in light chemical Engineering industry
Responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for the business, contributing to AFRY’s strategy development in China
Responsible for sales planning, develop new business opportunities and to maintain existing client base
Records and updates sales opportunities in company data base
Responsible for tracks of KAM maintaining
Responsible to achieve personal sales targets
Supports Project Manager during project execution in issues like payment collection or change orders
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering, or equivalent
More than 10 years working experience, in pulp and paper industry, light chemical industry or mining & metal, etc
Working experience in international companies will be a plus
Competent in both English writing and speaking
Familiar with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Excellent communication and coordination skill
Good team cooperation and management competence
Demonstrable ability to manage complex relationships with clients
Strategic mind-set and tactical drive
Flexible for frequent travelling
Strong work initiative
Nice to have:
Working experience in international companies will be a plus
