Job Description:

Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive growth with high-value enterprise clients across KSA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling SaaS business at the forefront of digital solutions. You will lead a team to take full ownership of the sales cycle- from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and closing- delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise clients, meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Manage a team of BDRs and improve and optimize the current sales strategy
  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies to identify, engage, and convert key prospects
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations, articulating the platform’s value proposition
  • Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and new developments in SaaS and AI

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in SaaS
  • 3 years of working in a leadership position and a proven track record of influencing and leading a team to success
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a consultative approach to sales
  • Strong understanding of financial platforms or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus

experience in AI/IOT is highly advantageous
