Our flagship office is located at: 7001 Essington Ave Philadelphia, PA 19153. The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour workweek.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
  • Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
  • Receive guidance, mentoring, and support
  • Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business
  • Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
  • Learn what it means to always put our customers first

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must have 6 months cumulative experience in any of the following: Sales-commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
  • Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
  • Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
  • Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be living in South Philadelphia or Delaware County within 30 days of the anticipated start date
