Sales & Lettings Negotiator

• Proactively responding to enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and maximising opportunities
• Carrying out sales and lettings viewings
• Registering applicants, identifying suitable properties and encouraging viewings
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisors
• Supporting the lettings process, matching tenants with suitable properties and promoting the company’s full range of services to landlords
• Maintaining regular contact with applicants, obtaining feedback following viewings
• Encouraging potential sellers and landlords to arrange property valuations and use the company’s services
• Working to branch targets and performance goals

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• The drive and ability to close deals
• The ability to build and maintain strong, honest relationships with clients
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• A self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Good IT skills

Experience in property is desirable, but transferable sales or customer service skills will be considered
