Citadel Source is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sales Ledger Office to join our client based in the Chipping Sodbury area. This role is key to ensuring accurate invoicing, timely cash collection, and the smooth running of the sales ledger function.
Job Responsibility:
Raising and issuing sales invoices
Maintaining and reconciling the sales ledger
Posting and allocating customer receipts
Chasing outstanding debts and managing credit control
Resolving customer invoice queries professionally and promptly
Preparing regular debtor reports and statements
Supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
Liaising with internal departments and external customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales ledger or accounts receivable role
Solid attention to detail and good numerical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong Excel skill and be able to work with large data sets
