We are seeking a motivated Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team on a temporary basis. Whether you're looking for full-time hours or part-time flexibility, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining accurate sales ledger records
  • Processing invoices and payments efficiently
  • Collaborating with the finance team to support debt collection efforts
  • Utilising IT systems to track and manage outstanding debts
  • Generating reports to assist in financial decision-making
  • Assisting in month-end reconciliations and audits

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in debt collection systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills to manage data effectively
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork

Nice to have

Previous experience in an education environment
