Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk required to work in Meriden/Coventry (CV5) on a hybrid basis. You will be able to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the office, This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. This is a lovely opportunity to work within a small team and really add your stamp onto the credit control side and have sole responsibility of the end to end process.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the credit and collections process
Ensure outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner
Minimize the risk of bad debts
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts
Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce debtor days
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve disputes or discrepancies
Requirements:
Credit control experience
Proven track record of successfully managing credit and collections processes in a commercial environment
Experience in conducting credit assessments, setting credit limits, and managing aged debtors
Must be a proactive individual who wants to challenge the status quo
