We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Sales Ledger Administrator at our Group Support Centre in Northampton.
Job Responsibility:
Support the home administration team by efficiently managing the sales ledger process
Process bedsteads daily and ensure accurate recording of related transactions
Daily Occupancy reporting
Manage the processing of invoices, including those from local authorities, in a timely manner
Collaborate closely with the administration team to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records
Assist in maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data at all times
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations governing financial transactions
Requirements:
Excel experience and knowledge, including but not limited to V-Lookups and IF sums
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and responsibilities
