The Senior Sales Leader at NTT DATA will drive growth across various industry verticals in Canada, leveraging over 15 years of experience in IT services and technology solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to build C-level relationships. A bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred. The candidate will lead a team to achieve multi-million dollar revenue targets and optimize sales execution.
Job Responsibility:
Design and execute go-to-market strategies utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset focused on market penetration for Products industry clients
Drive revenue growth through new-client acquisition and market expansion initiatives
Build and strengthen C-level relationships to position NTT DATA as a trusted advisor
Lead and develop a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers to achieve multi-million‑dollar revenue targets
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, governance, and deal strategy for complex enterprise pursuits
Ensure adherence to pricing, contracting, compliance, and risk-management policies
Apply strong understanding of industry trends to shape differentiated value-focused propositions
Partner with internal business functions (Client Growth Office, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Line-of-Business Leaders, Technology Solution Leads, and external alliance partners to optimize sales execution
Lead pursuit strategy, and executive-level presentations for large transformation deals
Recruit, hire, mentor, and elevate high-performing sales talent
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
15+ years’ overall experience in IT Services, Consulting, and/or Technology Solutions
Understanding of offerings portfolio to include: Application Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Cloud, Consulting, Digital, AI, Data & Analytics, Sustainability Services, and Infrastructure Solutions
10+ years in enterprise sales with proven success in increasing market penetration/growth and go‑to‑market innovation
10 years of industry experience within a combination of Automotive, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Retail & CPG, Telecom/Media, and/or Travel & Transportation
5+ years in building and leading a full-cycle, geographically dispersed sales organization involving complex enterprise sales cycles and TVC exceeding $200M+ annually
