Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the OCS channel and expand market share
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals
Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive expansion into new markets
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure operational alignment
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and key performance metrics to ensure sustainable growth
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA preferred with 10+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG industries
Proven success in driving revenue growth and leading teams
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
