The Sales Lead role is an exciting opportunity to become a Brand Ambassador whilst influencing the Nordstrom team to offer an exceptional customer experience in store. You will be accountable for creating a highly productive work environment focused on driving sales and exceeding targets by partnering with Nordstrom on clienteling, exceptional customer service, and product knowledge.
Job Responsibility:

Training of Nordstrom New Hires
Ongoing training of Nordstrom team on all new product and processes
Motivating Nordstrom team to drive sales to achieve store target
Building relationships with top sellers and key stakeholders
Ensuring the Nordstrom team delivers exceptional customer service
Greeting all clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Establishing client’s needs, offering guidance and advice
Maintaining high level of customer service
Ensuring Nordstrom team have had sufficient client/VIP training
Collecting and updating customer information
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Planning and executing client events
Partnering with the Nordstrom Department Manager
Offering exceptional service on in store experiences: Engraving, Permanent Jewelry Welding
Processing and tracking customer repairs
Ensuring shop is kept clean and tidy
Maintaining visual merchandising
Processing product shipments on arrival
Proactively ordering packaging
Ensuring sufficient staff training for payment processing
Processing payments, refunds and exchanges accurately
Investigating inventory discrepancies and reducing shrinkage
Reporting discrepancy/stock loss incidents
Implementing process to ensure accurate stock management
Compiling and executing all shop reports
Ensuring appropriate processing and reporting of memo product sales
Proactively partnering with the piercer to manage piercing stock needs
