We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional for a hybrid role combining Sales Lead Generation and Account Management to support our growing business in the UAE region.
Job Responsibility
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and market research
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and customer follow-ups
Support sales campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Act as a point of contact for existing customers
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow up on renewals, quotations, pending proposals, and ongoing opportunities
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication with customers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Assist customers with basic product/service information and escalation coordination
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of B2B sales processes
Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is preferred
Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups efficiently
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise software solutions will be an added advantage
Nice to have
Experience working with technology or software companies
Knowledge of platforms such as Atlassian, monday.com, GitLab, AWS, or similar solutions is a plus
UAE market exposure is preferred but not mandatory
