As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve sales, financial, and customer targets while overseeing, supporting, mentoring and motivating Baxter distributors, acting as a role model
Plan, implement, and review sales operating plans to identify revenue and growth opportunities in line with Business Unit strategy within your area of responsibility
Build and foster long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the hospital setting, ensuring they are fully advised about Baxter digital connectivity products
Engage with healthcare professionals and decision-makers in collaboration with distributors, delivering product showcases and hands-on demonstrations and converting clinical knowledge into compelling selling points
Proactively identify and follow up on new and existing business opportunities
Ensure customer needs are wholly met and guarantee satisfaction by owning customer issues
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Support, Customer Service and other internal teams to achieve full customer happiness and set targets
Capture and maintain relevant sales and customer data in the appropriate systems
Develop commercial proposals and submit prices to distributors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent experience, along with a solid background in sales in the medical device sector preferably
Exposure to digital and connectivity within a hospital environment is required
Excellent presentation skills along with capacity to influence others
Collaborative, customer-focused and able to build trusted relationships and business opportunities
Good communication both in English and Arabic
Driving license and availability to travel across the Middle East region 40% of the time.
