Job Description

In this position, you will manage and grow sales in the Black Sea regions by coordinating existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and supporting distributors. You will prepare action plans, follow market trends, lead technical projects for customers, and oversee a team’s development—all while using your sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating existing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio within Black Sea
  • Developing business opportunities to increase sales across responsible area for the Adhesive Technologies
  • Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, profit and gain market share
  • Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
  • Managing distributors and improving technical knowledge of the distributor staff
  • Conducting market analysis
  • Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers
  • A People management responsible for their training & development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in sales ( FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Valid driving license(B) and flexible for traveling
  • Living in Samsun or Trabzon

FMCG experience is a plus
