The Sales Internship at Capital Vacations offers a rare opportunity to gain real-world, direct sales experience in a high-energy, professional environment while earning hourly pay, weekly commissions, and monthly bonuses. Unlike many internships, this role places interns fully immersed in the sales floor, working alongside top-performing Sales Representatives and leaders. Interns participate in the same sales process, receive hands-on coaching, and are held to the same professional standards as full-time sales reps. The only difference is interns do not receive benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in daily sales operations alongside full-time Sales Representatives
Engage with prospective customers and assist in presenting Capital Vacations’ vacation ownership products
Learn and execute Capital Vacations’ structured sales process
Work closely with Sales Managers and T.O.s to support deal flow and closing efforts
Maintain professionalism, compliance, and attention to detail throughout the sales process
Contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Professional appearance with a competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
Strong communication skills and a desire to learn consultative selling
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays
Must live in or have secured housing in Myrtle Beach, SC
Available to work full-time, five days per week, for a 12-week internship period, starting in May 2026
