Job Responsibility:

  • Own end-to-end capability development for branch field force and sales teams
  • Design central capability plans and execute workshops, training interventions, and learning journeys
  • Assess skill gaps and track capability metrics. Evaluate success of the interventions
  • Run logistical operations right from insuring venue availability to participant presence
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance including PF, EPS, and retiree case management
  • Raise monthly compliance and licencing related tasks on system and payments pertaining to PT etc
  • Drive R&R programs for Field Force and Outercore teams, ensuring alignment with performance and values
  • Support and execute engagement activities tailored to the sales workforce, including contests, townhalls, and recognition events
  • Manage HR vendor relationships and ensure timely processing of Purchase Orders via SAP or other platforms
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with procurement policies
  • Analyse HR data to generate insights on attrition, productivity, engagement, and capability
  • Present dashboards and reports to Sales and HR leadership for informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master’s in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Business Administration
  • 3 – 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales HRBP or field HR role
  • Hands-on experience with Workday and SAP platforms
  • Exposure to managing compliance and capability programs for large field teams
  • Proficiency in Workday, SAP, and Excel-based HR dashboards
  • Strong understanding of PF, EPS, and statutory HR compliance
  • Capability development and workshop facilitation
  • Vendor and PO lifecycle management
  • Rewards & Recognition programme design
  • Self-starter with high bias for action
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
