Job Responsibility

  • Own and deliver India revenue targets aligned with Uncia's strategic growth objectives
  • Develop and execute a multi-year go-to-market strategy across Banking, Digital Banking, and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs)
  • Identify new growth corridors, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem alliances to accelerate market penetration
  • Drive large, complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting through closure
  • Build and sustain CXO-level relationships (CBO, CIO, CISO, Heads of Business, Heads of Collections, Digital Heads, etc.)
  • Position Uncia as a trusted strategic partner
  • Lead executive discussions around digital transformation, risk management, AI adoption, and lending modernization
  • Lead high-value deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and contract governance
  • Ensure strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined CRM governance
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Delivery, Pre-Sales, and Leadership teams to craft winning proposals
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance discipline, and coaching frameworks
  • Foster a culture of accountability, consultative selling, and customer-centricity

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive enterprise sales experience, with significant exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-ticket enterprise software or SaaS deals
  • Strong understanding of lending lifecycle, collections, risk, and digital transformation initiatives in Indian financial institutions
  • Proven experience leading and scaling enterprise sales teams
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
