We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse sales departments, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with rich experience in IT sales accounts, particularly in enterprise and technology-driven environments.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Establish performance metrics and ensure accountability across departments
Drive new business opportunities with a focus on IT accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless execution
Implement best practices in sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management
Develop tailored solutions for enterprise clients in IT and technology sectors
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
Requirements:
B. Tech or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
Strong background in IT sales accounts (enterprise software, hardware, cloud solutions, or IT services)
Demonstrated success in handling multiple departments and large teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to deliver revenue growth and expand market share
