Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse sales departments, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. Preference will be given to candidates with rich experience in IT sales accounts, particularly in enterprise and technology-driven environments.

Requirements

  • B. Tech or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong background in IT sales accounts (enterprise software, hardware, cloud solutions, or IT services)
  • Demonstrated success in handling multiple departments and large teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver revenue growth and expand market share
