Job Description

Reporting to VP Growth, you will be responsible for driving growth for Jellyfish’s Creative offering in France – across both local French clients and global brands managed from France. You will act as a true Sales / Growth lead for Creative, working hand in hand with our Creative, Strategy, Media, Data and Production teams, as well as our Brandtech Group partners, to open new opportunities, design impactful proposals and close deals. A key part of the role will be to position and sell Pencil, our AI-powered creative solution, and to integrate it into client strategies and pilots that demonstrate clear business impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Own Creative pipeline & revenue for France
  • Identify, qualify and prioritise Creative growth opportunities with existing and new clients (local and global)
  • Build multi-threaded relationships at senior level (CMO, Brand, Digital, e-commerce, CX)
  • Translate client challenges into clear Creative + Pencil opportunities
  • Position Jellyfish Creative & Pencil in the market
  • Articulate a compelling Creative value proposition that connects brand, content, media and data
  • Lead conversations around Pencil (AI-powered creative): explain the value, de-risk adoption and design pilots that prove impact
  • Educate clients on how AI, data and media insight can power more effective creative ideas and content production
  • Lead pitches and proposals
  • Drive the end-to-end pitch process for Creative-led and integrated opportunities: brief teams, shape the story, build the commercial proposal and lead the room
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists and Media leads to deliver coherent, inspiring and commercially sound responses
  • Ensure proposals are clearly linked to measurable outcomes (brand, performance, efficiency)
  • Grow key accounts in partnership with client leads
  • Work closely with Client Management / Client Partner teams to spot and unlock Creative and Pencil upsell opportunities on existing accounts
  • Design Pencil pilots (test & learn) and scale-up roadmaps once value has been proven
  • Help clients evolve their ways of working (process, governance, measurement) around Creative and AI
  • Champion collaboration across the Creative collective
  • Partner with the France Creative leadership and Brandtech Group Creative leaders to align on positioning and go-to-market
  • Mobilise the right mix of skills (social content, film, design, creative strategy, production, data & insights) according to each opportunity
  • Contribute to building and sharing case studies and best practices across France and other markets
  • Market intelligence & thought leadership
  • Stay on top of creative, social, AI and entertainment trends and feed this into client conversations and pitches
  • Represent Jellyfish Creative and Pencil at client meetings, industry events, and internal forums
  • Help position Jellyfish as a reference partner for AI-powered creativity in France

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a business development/growth/sales role in a creative, digital or integrated agency (or hybrid agency–consulting environment)
  • Proven track record of winning and growing Creative/content / social assignments with mid-to-large brands
  • Strong understanding of how creative, media, data and technology fit together to drive business outcomes
  • Genuine interest in (and ideally exposure to) AI-powered creative solutions – experience and a strong appetite to learn is essential
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (CMOs, Brand Directors, Digital Directors) and leading high-stakes pitches
  • Ability to work across local French clients and global accounts, navigating multi-country and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken), able to switch seamlessly between strategy, creativity and commercial conversations
  • Collaborative mindset: you thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to build trust with creatives, strategists, media and data experts
  • Strong commercial acumen: comfortable discussing scopes, pricing, profitability and long-term growth plans

What we offer

  • Discretionary annual bonus scheme
  • Work remotely for up to 60% of your days
  • Flexible working hours between 8am and 6:30pm
  • Accumulate one paid day each month (2 hours per week) for self-development
  • Access to Jellyfish Learn
  • 14 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers
  • 4 weeks of paid leave for secondary caregivers
  • £1000 (or equivalent) towards courses for returning primary caregivers
