Job Description:

This is a foreign-owned equipment manufacturer with more than three plants in China, focusing on the Oil & Gas and petrochemical industries. The role reports to the APAC MD and involves leading a sales team of 50 members, achieving significant business scale, and implementing sales strategies within the petrochemical and refining sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage a sales team of 50 members to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the petrochemical and refining industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable business growth
Achieve and manage a business scale exceeding 500 million RMB in annual revenue
Provide mentorship and professional development for the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or a related field
More than 15 years of work experience, with a strong focus on the petrochemical and refining industries
Proven experience managing large-scale business operations, with responsibility for revenue exceeding 500 million RMB
Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience managing a team of 50 or more
Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills
