Job Description

The Sales Forecast & Automation – Sales Operations Pacific will be responsible for designing, automating, and standardizing forecasting processes for the Pacific Cluster ( Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia ), reducing manual work, improving forecast accuracy, and deploying BI/AI tools that support commercial decision-making. This role will act as the regional expert in forecasting data and tools , partnering with the Pacific Forecast Manager and country forecast leads to implement initiatives such as One Forecast , Forecast Visualizer , Forecast Partner (AI) , as well as regional dashboards and automated reports. This is a regional individual contributor role with a strong focus on projects, data, and continuous improvement , working closely with the Pacific Forecast Manager and country forecast leads . Work model: Hybrid — this position requires being on site 3 times per week .

Job Responsibility

  • Design, standardize, and automate forecasting processes across the Pacific Cluster to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Reduce dependency on manual processes and spreadsheets by implementing automated workflows, reporting solutions, and forecasting tools
  • Improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of forecast information to support better decisions on volume, mix, inventory, and pricing aligned with business targets
  • Act as the regional focal point for forecasting tools, data structures, and reporting capabilities
  • Partner with the Pacific Forecast Manager and country forecast leads to identify process improvement opportunities and deploy best practices across markets
  • Lead and support regional projects focused on standardization, automation, and AI/BI enablement, including One Forecast, Forecast Visualizer, and Forecast Partner (AI)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and analytical tools that enhance visibility and decision-making
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and clear data visualizations for commercial stakeholders
  • Monitor and support delivery against Sales Ops Pacific KSIs/KPIs, particularly those related to standardization, automation, AI/BI infusion across Forecast, and reduction of manual effort
  • Promote continuous improvement and analytical maturity within the Pacific Forecast team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL for process automation and forecasting analytics
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/dashboard tools
  • Experience automating reporting and decision-support processes
  • Strong data structuring, visualization, and business translation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with regional and in-country stakeholders in a dynamic environment
  • Advanced organizational and continuous improvement orientation

Nice to have

  • Experience with Databricks or other enterprise data platforms
  • Exposure to AI/BI enablement in corporate environments
