Job Description:

Sales Export Administrator position requiring exceptional communication and customer service skills, proficiency in Sage 50, and familiarity with export procedures. The role involves managing orders, coordinating with various teams, maintaining databases, and supporting the sales team while enhancing customer relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Manage orders through phone, email, fax, and online channels
utilise expertise in Sage 50 for efficient processing and reporting
analyse orders for accuracy and fulfilment
Respond to incoming calls and build rapport with clients
Liaise with production and warehouse teams to confirm despatch dates
Check despatch and delivery schedules to ensure timely service
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Create weekly sales reports to track performance
Update customer databases and price books regularly
Handle invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing
organise and maintain filing systems
Arrange transport and coordinate with shipping companies
Manage export shipments, including all necessary paperwork
Provide assistance to the sales team and contribute to overall sales support
Engage in various office tasks to support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheets
Experience with Sage 50 is essential
Familiarity with export procedures and documentation
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
